Only completed returns. A request, with its own code such as 37096-93PB, counts once when it is finished, whether it is a refund, an exchange or both, and whether it has one item or five. Requests that are cancelled or rejected never count.
Nothing stops. Customers keep filing and your team keeps working, and a busy month never adds to a bundle's bill. If you pass your limit two months in a row, we move you to the plan that fits.
A bundle is a fixed monthly price with a set number of returns included. Paying per return is a smaller monthly fee plus a fee for each completed return, starting at 7 EGP for the first 300 returns of the month and going down to 4 EGP from the 1,000th return. It comes with Starter, Pro and Scale, each with the same features as its bundle.
Any bundle billed once a year costs 20% less, and the WhatsApp add-on's setup fee is half price. Pay per return is billed monthly.
